Local Treasure or, Junk Palace

No matter what you might call it, Stone Age Antiques is one of the most unusual places in all of S. Florida. Located on S. River Drive, Miami, FL, this so-called antiques palace is filled top to bottom with some of the most unusual, hard-to-find, nautical stuff and, a ton more. They’ve been at the same location for a long time, over 10 yrs.
I went there Friday looking for “something” for my project out of state. I found some good stuff but, saw a ton more. You have to see it for yourself to believe it all.

I’m in and out of there all the time when I’m dressing up a set. Even if I don’t find something, I always love digging around in there. Once in awhile, Gary and his boys set up a grill and cook burgers. Antiques and burgers, who could ask for anything more?
They’ve been there a lot longer than 10 years, BTW. Closer to 40.
