I get so much damn spam, like many people, that sometimes important things slip by while in the “delete” mode. I came across an application for $10k in funding that I qualify for only it’s due tomorrow the 8th! I’m not prepared for this. My community programming idea needs to be more fully developed but, since the application takes that into account, I might have a chance to get into the final rounds of qualifiers. Their are several rounds of funding with the top amount being over $35K. Let me rest my mind for a bit. This computer lab is COLD! I have a jacket on and I’m still freezing! (Rm. 304 Askew Tower)

Applications like this are difficult. I know I should have spent more time thinking about it, writing things down, reading and re-reading but, I didn’t force myself. Since it’s a community grant to an individual, I have to show that I have the community to pull of the project without much money going to any one individual. Of course, having a project that’s fundable is the most important part. This thing really involves writing a cogent paragraph is 1500 characters that really could use more. But, I think I’ve done okay. When I wake up tomorrow I’ll read it and see. :-)
