Ikea opened a store in Sunrise (near Fort Lauderdale) a week ago. I remember hearing about it but, didn’t really think much more about it until Sunday afternoon Paul realizes it’s Sunday and rushes to get dressed so we can go there. We had to park a mile away, literally, and get bused there and back. Inside the store was huge; bigger than any store like it I’ve been in. We ate lunch before looking around although, getting lunch took an hour in line. But, the food was good and at the right price, $10.45 for ceasar salad, side veggies, apple tart, sparkling cider, whole wheat roll. I saw lots of nice stuff for reasonable prices. I’m glad they’re here. I wanted to order something online a while back and they said they did not service Florida.
