3 Meetups in One Day

People connect because they have similar interests. Objects, web objects, are things that bring people together. Shared interests. What can you do with that object? Verbs: share, send, print, save, collaborate, comment, trackback, embed… Objects invite play. Interconnections with different sites and different apps. More good stuff followed and then, we had to go back downtown to our regular Meetup location because some people didn’t read their email saying we were going to a different location. We met two people there and, had long discussions about their web site needs.
Finally, I had my Artist Entrepreneurs Meetup at the Wynwood gallery openings but, only a few of the 20 people that RSVP’d showed. We did the usual greeting, hugging, chatting up the night but, there was some good art to be seen. More on that later. I’m still behind with shows I saw two weeks ago…
